deadhorse hill on main street in the heart of Worcester is owned and operated by Chef Jared Forman. Combined experience from this team has landed them in some of the best restaurants in the country between New York and the greater Boston area. Grammercy Tavern, Per se, Marea, Momofuko, Giulia, Ribelle and Strip T's.

deadhorse hill is committed to seasonal and local ingredients throughout it's restaurant. A concept built on the comfort of American food with a thoughtfully executed cocktail and wine program. They strongly value a good sense of humor and individual personality, while executing refined hospitality backed by culture, education and a commitment to compassion. A strong work ethic and desire to learn is sought for all positions in the house.

The deadhorse hill team is hiring LINE COOKS + BARTENDERS


line cooks:

who will work closely with Chef de Cuisine + Sous Chefs on all daily operations. Ideal applicants will have an intense curiosity for food culture and focus on accuracy, presentation, cleanliness, and timing. They will also exhibit a passion for food, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask. Ideal applicants will demonstrate an aggressive drive for both self and company achievement. They will also show that they work well with others and support positive teamwork within the kitchen.

Previous line cook experience is preferred but not necessary. This is a full time position offering opportunity for growth. A part time position could be available for the right candidate.



bartenders: Weekend availability necessary

members of the front of house team at deadhorse hill approach with compassion and curiosity. the ability to embrace warm hospitality and work as a team, with respect for our guests, ourselves + one another is of the greatest importance. our bar program celebrates the classics + modern spins, while also following the seasons. The ideal candidate has a base knowledge of spirits and classic cocktail. With an excitement to talk about food and beverage together.

This position is currently part time, with the ability to pick up additional shifts and room to grow into a full time position. ALL applicants mush have Friday + Saturday night availability.
